Can't pass the captcha at te4.org/user/

I've spent five minutes answering the captcha. It either resets or asks me to try again. Is there another way to create an account?

Tested in chrome & firefox, seems to work for me. Maybe some kinf od JS blocker or something ?

I'm using a default chromium installation specifically for such "web apps".
The captcha just keeps showing new sets of images, or asks me to try again, or replaces the ones I've clicked the moment I click them (the transition is animated, so it's probably an intended behaviour).

Uh very strange indeed, but if it keeps on cycling inside of it it means it's a bug on google side :/ I just call the captcha I dont control it :/
Can you try with firefox please ?
