I often use several PCs throughout the day, is there any way to easily transfer my character from one PC to another, other than manually copying the save file? It would be nice if it could be automatically uploaded online, or have an easy way to change where the file is saved to, so I can have it save to a flash drive.

You can change the path used for the profile, and thus saves, with a launch option.
Just stick the location you want in the quotes and have that be part of the shortcut you run the game with, or with Set Launch Options under Properties if playing through Steam.

Stunt's solution combined with something like Dropbox or another cloud folder syncing service sounds like what you want.
