What does the white number in the top right corner of the death momentum bonus stand for?

If I recall correctly, one of the numbers on your Death Momentum counter indicates the amount of turns left before your Death Charges decay, while the other indicates the amount of Death Charges you currently have. Green I believe is for your Death Charges while White is for the decay timer before those Death Charges start disappearing.
