If I'm using sawrd and take flexible combat, can flexible combat trigger off each of the 3 hits, or is it only checked once?

based on what I've heard, sward hits do count as individual hits.
if flexible combat is once per turn only, then it is irrelevant.
but it has a chance for each hit, and no cap, then it will have a chance from each.

quick look at tome tips would suggest its another "on hit", but the talent doesn't actually contain the effect, but merely "enable" it, so confirmation would require deeper dive.

i tried and failed to find further info.

Well I know the description doesn't say it's once per turn, and the wiki claims it doesn't benefit from dual wielding. It is based on per attack, not per hit, so I'm not sure what all counts for it.
