How can I change the Tile of an existing character?

I would rather not restart my game since I'm having a really good run but my current tile for my character is garbage.

If you're talking about custom tiles, those can only be changed at the character creation screen.

i am pretty sure, it is possible to change it in the save files, but that's probably better left for experienced coders.
