ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I just started playing Embers (Thanks to Steam Summer Sale) and I kinda ignored the characters in the starting town after I did the first quest and went off to explore/kill stuff. I ended up clearing the Clan of the Unicorn quest area and killing the final boss before I found the minotaur in town that gives you the actual quest (I was trying to see if anyone in that town wanted the Yeti Muscle). So now the quest is in my log, but I already killed that Kurosh dude.

Is the quest just unable to be completed now? Is there a way to get it out of my log?

I tried going all the way back down to where I fought him but nothing happened.

Yeah, pretty much.
The only way out of it i can think of, is force spawning him with a command.
That would 'invalidate(if you win, it wont count)' the character, but then you probably won't win with it anyway.

Well at least I didn't get too far before this happened...

Playing permadeath anyway so it's not like I won't be doing the quest again next time.

You aren't missing anything other that your journal saying its done.

Yes, but it bugged me that it doesn't say complete.

As expected character died anyway... fricking dragons in the desert area.
