Item Sprites Missing

After playing for about a week without noticing any graphical issues, I noticed today that the sprites for items are missing in the inventory. Any ideas why this is happening or how I can fix this?

they don't do that on their own, so this has to be a bug.
version, system, addons?

Running the latest version, 1.4.8 I believe, on Windows 7. Addons I have are the Arcanum Class Pack and Warlock Class.

Well if it was an Arcanum addon issue, I'm sure I would have heard about it. I'm not sure about the Warlock addon, but its easy to disable addons and make a new character to test.
You could also try reinstalling the game, but it seems unlikely that all the sprite images are damaged.
Maybe a bug report would be more appropriate?

I've had this happen as well, usually after playing for several hours.
Saving, exiting and reloading the game solved the problem.

I tried reinstalling and removing all Addons but the problem persists. Any other ideas? Or how would I go about submitting a bug report?
