ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I'm in the Embers campaign, in one of those neat hidden vaults that is it's own room. The layout is a central room with three separate areas branching from it, and when I tried to explore one of those, the path caved in behind me. I can't seem to find any diggable walls, and I don't have any form of teleport on me. Am I stuck here?

ALWAYS, carry a teleport rune or a psychoportation trinket.
also, is the floor everywhere a "no teleport" zone? because if it is, then the above wouldn't help you much.

Oh, yeah, I guess it is a no teleport zone.

So, what is up with this vault then? Is it not coded properly or am I just missing something stupid?

unfortunately, i don't own embers, so i cannot give you any specifics on that zone.
although, a screen shot wouldn't hurt, if you are capable.

is it sand walls caving in? In Embers expansion you should have an item you can use to burrow through sand

Could you use the Rod of Recall?

You can teleport OUT of vaults for two or three versions now.

yeah, except from what he said, i think the whole zone is a vault... so where to?
and there is still no screen shot to disprove my interpretation...

It's teleport-proof

Yeah this just happened to me too. There is no rod of recalling out.

Ok so I got unstuck. I kept running around the bit I was stuck in untill I was frustrated then eventually some ghosts and invisible enemies came after me. Once I killed them a way forwards appeared.
