Can a Rogue use Mana abilitys from Escorts?

I got the injured seer right now, and I am thinking about taking one of his abilitys, but they all need mana. And I don't think a Rogue has mana. So could I even use them?

Everyone who isn't anti-magic has mana, but it doesn't show until you have an ability that uses it.
This usually makes for great escort dips: Hey premonition takes a huge amount of mana...but I don't need the mana, so sure, and now I have a new defensive sustain.
Just keep in mind, there are 2 disadvantages:
1)You become susceptable to mana clash which enemies can use to damage you based on your mana bar.
2)You don't have a way to recover mana, so if you get resource drained, your talent can become unusable.

correction.
you don't NATURALLY recover mana by yourself, however, lvlups will restore all your resources to maximum, and you may find or buy items with mana regen.
just somewhere in a dark corner, put item one, and take a break to refill. once you are done, put your normal gear on and continue slaughter.
