Stash in Embers of Rage?

Go ahead and spoil me. I'm level 42 and still haven't found the damn thing, getting close to overburdened carrying around unique items and rares that are too good to sell.
Where the hell is this damned thing? FFS. There aren't many zones left for me to clear.

Did you explore the path to the Sunwall Observatory fully? Sounds like you might have missed something. (I'm referring to the valley approach, zone 1)

Found it, thanks. You know I passed by it when I did that zone, saw the staircaise down. But I'd seen so many OP vaults in other zones, that I just said to myself "ehhh, I'll come back here when I'm stronger, no need to risk dying."
Figures. I thought it was going to be some trick I had to do in the desert ruins with the cursed species, get them all the yeti sinews or something and they'd open up the door to it, like the Shertul fortress in main game.
