If the player uses a quick (111% Attack Speed) weapon in one hand, and a normal weapon in the other, how quickly is he attacking?

The Speed Guide seems uncertain.

my guess would be the slowest weapon?
or main hand.
but slowest would make more sense.

Well, my char sheet only changed to 111% Attack Speed once I was holding a quick weapon in each hand. So that's answered.

On the same note.
What if you wield a 111% attack speed weapon in your Telekinetic Slot ? Does the the TK still attack once per turn? or does it have its own energy management system?

it attacks independently, except for certain talents.
and there is a talent that puts your tk weapon in frenzy, allowing it to attack faster, but not you.

attack speed makes no difference for TK weapon
