I am using a temporal warden and right now i have 33 magic stat and the strength of purpose at lvl 1. Im trying to equip a bow and quiver which require dex of 28 but it wont let me. Is there something im missing??

dex of 28 maybe?

"you also use magic in place of streangth"
doesn't say anything about dex.
