Once Per Turn and actual turns question

Say I have something that can only trigger once per turn, and I also have 200% global speed. Will it actually trigger every one of my turns, or only on every second turn since that would be one global turn? Or something different?

I would expect it to be once per global turn.

Ye, turn is a turn, even if you act twice as fast as anybody else. Once per global turn that is then.

Yeah, it's misleading to have such many speed ratings.
Global global speed is what counts Game turns. This is what i was talking about.
Your global speed is more of a "all speeds" designator that includes sub-speeds: mental speed, casting (spell) speed, physical (combat) speed and finally movement speed.
It helps to think global global speed is as is and never changes. Your global speed % shows how fast you act in that one global turn.
Movement, combat, mental and spell speeds don't increase your global speed though, which might confused things a bit. Your global speed affects all those.
