ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Does Dream Hammer benefit from the +50% willpower weapon modifier Superpower provides? I know it doesn't benefit from Weapons Mastery, so I have my doubts. However, unlike Weapons Mastery, it takes getting a character to level 30 and possibly ruining it to test this. Does anyone know if the two talents work together?

It does have its own weapon mastery, but more importantly it is a weapon, so it should get the bonus.
