Why doesn't Mindslayer have Mindstar Mastery?

I've been wondering why Oozemancer and Summoner has Mindstar Mastery but the one who should've gotten it is Mindslayer. It just kinda irks me how the classes that has Mindstar Mastery don't engage close range that much but the guy who is specialize in the mind attacks which can go melee or range don't even have it. LMAO
. Am I missing something?

Mindstar Mastery is a Wild-Gift category and Mindslayers are Psionic.
Also, Mindslayer is not actually designed for mindstars, even though they can use them effectively.

That said, you can buy it in Zigur just like you can buy Staff Mastery in Angolwen. Hold out for the more expensive option, it's more cost-effective in the long run.

Allow me to hijack this thread to ask, what do you mean by that? I don't generally buy skills from shops.

There's a mindstar shop in zigur.
250 gold gives you the category, locked, at 0.8 mastery.
500 gold will unlock said category for you.
750 gold will improve the category by .2 mastery provided it's below 1.20 mastery, I believe.
