Action bar almost full, need more space. how?

I have reach the point where my action bar on the bottom of the screen is nearly full.
Is that possible to have an other one always on screen too, by the right-side or on top of the first one?

You can resize the bar by unlocking the interface via the padlock in the bottom right of the screen.
The icons can also be shrunk in the options.

Unlocking UI show me the white arrow at the end but I can only move it.

omg, when I use two rows I cannot see the chat and the combat log really well. Do I really need to resize the icon smaller?

Yea, there is white arrows for chat and combat logs window too. I'm slow tonite...
Hopefully, I can work out my UI the way I want now I guest. Thks again!

You can reduce the size of the icons somewhere in the options menu as well.
