golem is a ghoul?

Started one to see what it was like, and it says it is a person who died and is a ghoul with a necromancer master.

You know what, I have no idea what you're talking about either but this doesn't belong here in the bug section. Please put a bit more thought into your posts before submitting them, especially if you have a problem, or others won't be able to help you.

IMHO the OP is surprised by the standard ghoulish starting place, the Blighted Ruins, and the opening dialogue and fight with the Necromancer there.

Alternate guess: are you running any add-ons that involve necromancy, or that could conceivably involve refluffing golems?

I think he means that when you start an undead race/ alchemist your golem is a ghoul? I don't know....

Maybe they enabled the unfinished runic golem race-class? It's unfinished, ghoul start is a placeholder..

...well i guess i really confused the hell out of people.
i didnt know it was unfinished, maybe its an addon that enabled all, so i thought surely it was a bug and not working....
