Is there any class which can dual wield 2 normal sized weapons?

reaver can hold 2 swords/axes/maces at the same time, however, he has not a single talent (aside from corrupted strength) that is anyhow related to dual wielding.

How do the reaver off-hand dual-wield bonus % and the bonus from the dual weapon training talent affect each other? as in, do they stack or take highest or replace with latest talent or what?

I think it just uses the higher of the two.

it says increases "to" not "by" so it would be reasonable to assume the higher, although, there have been cases of descriptions being inaccurate.

Such as when people try to be completely literal about how two talents that cannot be together normally interact?

There's also two addon classes I know of that can "true" dual wield, Mauler and Dualist. I believe both are similar in concept.

The Barbarian addon also features dual wielding.

With adventurer they can be together.

True dual wielding is when an Ogre grabs two ordinary weapons in each big hand.

Ogre hands are big enough to dual wield in each hand!
