Do dungeons "scale"?

I guess this is somethign I could find out myself by testing, but that's why it's here in the dumb questions bit. I play both normal rogue and nightmare adventure mixed up, and have many chars active so I always forget what something was or wasn't at what point.

Ergo:
Do dungeons scale in the level of their mobs? Let's say you are level 10 and go into some dungeon, let's say some dungeon you are supposed to go into. You get the kind of mobs you can deal with more or less difficultly. If you went to that same dungeon on level 7, would it be easier (not necessarily AS easy, but easier)
If you went to that same dungeon on level 20, would it become harder (not necessarily AS hard, but harder)?

If the dungeons scale, can you "cheat" by entering a difficult dungeon on low level, locking the mobs there to some level and going in later for easy times? If possible, that's annoying "exploit".

Do the ziguranth / adventurer otudoor map groups scale in regards to your level? If you hit a zig group at level X is it possible the group is X+25 and you just die or is it always something in theory manageable?

Thanks and sorry.

each game difficulty has its equation or the mob lvls.

i think someone mentioned madness having like 150%+6 of your lvl.
also, there was someone complaining about finall boss having too much hp on higher difficulties cause vitality was just too powerfull.
also, every dungeon has its own lvl frame, from x to y.

Yes. Each dungeon has a minimum and a maximum level, but otherwise it's based off of the level you are when it's first loaded.

You can "exploit" to make the mobs generate at a lower level, but that also means less xp and lower level lot for you. :P

And, if you're gone long enough, the items on the ground disappear as well.

Thanks. How big is the level range in general?

And how do the patrols and adventurer parties work? 1-50 level scaling, completely random, something else?

Depends entirely on the zone. Usually around 10-20 levels wide, but the Prides are 30/35-60, for instance.

Adventurer parties always scale to your level, to my understanding.
