ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So I'm just starting to get into placing infusions and such on Auto-Use, but I was wondering...is there an addon or a way to Auto-Use open damage taken? I don't want to set my regens to auto use when enemies are visible, as I'm playing a TW Archer, and most enemies are dispatched before they can damage me. Thoughts? Auto-Use advice?

There's no autouse on damage taken. The closest you can get is autouse when enemy is visible and adjacent.
