I have a question about Dream Smith stat scalings. I know that they use mindpower for base weapon damage, but how about final attack damage/crit chance? Mind or Phys?

Crit chance is, as per usual, depending on Cun and your gear (I don't think it gets crit accuracy bonus).
Physical power, iirc, ALWAYS affects weapon damage, there's an article on the wiki with the exact formula.

I know what affects your crit chance, I just want to know if Dream Hammer talents use mind crit chance (since they're mind power) or physical crit chance (since they're weapon attacks).

So Dream Hammer talents are affected by both mindpower (affects base weapon stats) and physical power (affects final damage), right?

No, its phys crit. Its listed on the weapon properties.
The base weapon stats scale with mindpower, from then on its the same as a normal weapon.
