ok so I got the 3 clues and saw it on the map, the portal, but wanted to finish up the alchemist quests before I went to get stronger. Now the portal is gone!! nooooo... its still in my quest log, will it re-appear?

I had this happen too. I got the clues, it told me to go into the portal, then I logged off for the night.
Now Bearscape (which I had completed) and Pumpkin portal are gone. Is there a way to make them appear again?
