ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Is there any way to change the size/position of the timer on buffs and debuffs? I'm still new and find it hard to tell what some debuffs are because the counter text is blocking most of it. I didn't see any settings that changed it, no addons either (unless I didn't look hard enough).
