If you yourself are a spell caster with enough spells (20 talents with "Is spell=true" in their description), around halfway through the fight he will make you an offer.
What a fool I am...
Face, and palm meet together...
So, it is impossible to get Corrupted Shell as a Ghoul (or Skeleton) Solipsist?
Or there is a way?

Escort Categories should tie into triggering his text box - such as the Celestial/Light category.
My Shaloran Berserker also got the dialogue - though I think that was due to the Shaloran Racials.

Vile Life would also work.

Vile Life? What is it?
So, if you get magical talent tree from Escort, you can get it?
How many\much needed? Wiki says 20, so I need 5 talent trees x4 talent = 20?
___
Wait, you need levels in talents, not talents, right?
So, if you get 20 magical talent levels, from Alchemy e.g.you can get dialogue.

I think you only need 20 levels of spell talents rather than 20 different talents, and my Ghoul Solipsist got Corrupted Shell with only 10 permanent points in Stone Alchemy:

I put 3 more points in that tree for the fight against the Grand Corruptor (that I then took out), with the remaining points being filled by runes, a wand providing the Volcano spell and perhaps an artifact, I'm not sure. I didn't really expect it to work, to be frank, but if you find an anorithil to get the Light tree (which a Ghoul Solipsist would want to invest heavily in anyway), it might be a bit easier.

So, it is already implemented?
I just have not noticed this tree somehow.

Thanks man! My Ghoul-Soli was killed 2 times by orcish patrol (nasty thing in Nightmare) so I plan to start new.
How do you think, what is better - alchemist tree or anorithil?
Alchemist look better, because I find a lack in firepower while in East. I can insert fire opal, and solve a problem. How do you think?

The Light tree is by far the better option, in my opinion. Providence alone is usually enough to make the tree worth it, but as an undead Solipsist you really want some extra shielding and healing, and Light provides both (especially now that Bathe in Light was buffed to ridiculous levels). A fire opal won't make much difference for your damage output, Stone Alchemy would mostly be useful to get lots of golds to buy randarts in the late game, easy stun immunity and lots of resist all from the Crafty Hands prodigy.
Corrupted Shell isn't really an optimal choice either way (I took it for the gimmick of playing an arcane solipsist), so if you want to keep using this character you aren't missing anything important.
