Can't read this green text?

Hi, I'm new to the game. I have great trouble reading the "Requires" text. The one that says strength 11, and talent armor and the numbers.
Is there some video option that I can disable to make this text readable?

For anyone with the same problem, Disabling open GL shaders fixed the problem for me!

Disabling shaders is not a great option because it turns off most of the advanced game graphics. Which GPU, operational system and laptop model(if not desktop) you have?

It's a desktop
Windows 7 64bit
AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series
i5-3350P CPU @ 3.10GHz
