ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Hey so I installed the Tempus Fugit addon which adds the class "Anarchist" but when I try to find it in the character creation it says it's locked but I can't see anything in the addon or anywhere about why it's locked or how to unlock it. Am I doing something wrong? Is this working as intended?

Its tied to the Marauder and Paradox Mage unlock, as it uses their talents.
