Is your problem knowing what to do, or actually doing it?

To unlock it, you have to save the yeek wayist from subject Z in the ruined halfling complex while playing as a yeek.

As to how to do it, there are 2 main methods - first is to use the rod of recall when you first enter the halfling complex from yeek island, this will let you leave without activating the wayist-Z fight. Then come back when you're leveled and can kill Z easily.

The second, more legit way, is to use a class with the conveyance tree - archmage, necromancer. You get 4 levels into phase door early, so it can be targeted on others, and use it to move the wayist to safety while you kill Z.

Wasn't sure of the first, but thought that might be it. Which brings up how to survive more than 5 seconds with a yeek, I can only do it as summoner, and that didn't work so well in the fight.

Edit: nevermind, tried archmage again and the absurd very fiorst fight deaths from the firt try didn't happen again.
