Any other ways to donate than PayPal?

My dumb question. (See subject)
I'm trying not to use PayPal for various reasons.
I'd like to donate but PayPal is a no go for me. I guess I could buy the Steam version? But it's not the same thing really...

Can't say for sure but DG mentioned on the site that you're allowed to buy him a house and as far as I know, houses don't transfer well through PayPal, so I would assume there would be other options.
Directly contacting him via email might work but I'm not sure he wants to make exceptions because many people might start doing the same and then DG would have to hire an accountant to deal with the money. That said I don't know how involved he has to get with PayPal stuff, if it's an automated process or if he still does things manually on his end, so direct wire transfer MIGHT be just as bothersome to him as PayPal.
While the Steam purchase isn't the same, it still grants you the same benefits, so that might be the easiest method. We'd just need to get DG's own input on this.

Paypal is all automated, wire transfer and such is very very cumbersome :/
Steam works yeah, obviously some of your money will go to steam instead of me but heh ..

Heya, related question. I spent ages playing PernAngband, I spent ages playing Tales of Middle Earth, and I spent two hours playing an alpha version of "ToME 4" before ragequitting because you took out the "cheat death" option. Having recently rediscovered the game in its "Tales of Maj'Eyal" incarnation, and spent the lesser part of an age playing it again, I figured it was finally time to actually give you some money. (And also because you locked the "cheat death" option behind the donation button, you evil bastard.)
However, I also learned that there's a Steam version of this game that counts as a "donation", and I'd certainly like to link it to my Steam account. But... What does that mean for the version I've already played for over 50 hours? (*Double checks* What do you mean it's only been 16!?) Will all my saves, achievements, unlocks, and so forth be transferred between both versions of the game? Having already linked to my Steam account, will buying the game just get me labeled as a donator? And also, just how big of a chunk will Steam be taking out of it? I checked the exchange rate, and it seems the payments are about equal, so how much less are you really getting just because I feel like linking it? (Alternatively, there's not, like, some way to donate directly and get a Steam key for it, right?)
Also, holy crap, my forum account still exists. This is my sixth post since 2003. My last post was at the beginning of the original "Dumb Questions" thread four years ago. I feel like a Chronomancer.

You link your steam account to your te4 account, so everything is retained.

Thanks. Although while searching for an answer elsewhere (my search-fu sucks, so I'm not usually able to find answers that way) I just saw this...
darkgod wrote:Yup it's the same, donating grants you a steam key too anyway
As for what fraction goes where, I'm nto at liberty to say how much steam takes, but it's obviously higher than what paypal takes

...but saw no mention of it elsewhere, or on the donation page, or on a further search, and wanted to confirm that it's true (even though it came from darkgod himself, it could've been a one-time flub). If possible, I definitely want to choose the option that sends more money directly to the dev.

So the same dumb question - did anything change since that has been answered 1.5 years ago?
I would like to donate but there is absolutely
no way I'm stepping into PayPal or steam BS (not once I read their respective EULAs and "confidentiality" policies). I'm not bothered by commision, but I'd rather pay my bank for transfer and conversion. I'm pretty sure one can simply transfer w/e amount of funds via card to card only knowing recipient's card number. So if that is at all negotiable and/or acceptable - I'm willing to donate this way (please PM me the details and/or tell me I'm an idiot who can't use search button properly

).
