How does the speed works

I have read the info on wiki yet I still dont get it.

For example... i have 200% global speed... that means that i can attack twice a turn - clear...

questions

1) if I use ability which takes 1 turn... can I use it 2x more per turn OR turn is turn so i use it only once per turn? (too many turns :o )

example: i have activated blinding speed + essence of speed = cca 200% global speed and i cast shadow veil. Will shadow veil proc 2x faster?

2) does skills that takes 1 turn for multiple attacks (double strike, flury) benefit from increased attack speed?

example: i have switched on momentum skill on lvl 5 giving me 90% attack speed bonus this means that i can strike aprox. twice turn - but will be the flury also faster or it takes 1 turn?

Nothing overrides these bonuses.
If you have 200% global speed, you can do twice as many actions as normal, it doesn't matter what these actions are.

It's a case by case basis, but abilities generally use whatever speed type they're tied to. Like if it says the ability is: a spell, it'll use your magic speed, etc.

Shadow Veil does make use of your attack speed, but it's implemented weird because it works through an effect and not the talent directly. So it'll wait a full game turn, and then do the number of attacks you would've gotten if you had constantly attacked that turn.

Multi-attack abilities generally take the time of a single attack.

Your speed doesnt affect skills that proc every x turns and cooldowns.
