ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

My hotbar lovingly remembers where I keep skills and items on it, so on a new character, it will automatically assign them to where they were on a previous character, saving me hassle and keeping me organized.

Sadly, it is now intent on putting basic attack (bump) into hotkey 1 whenever I make a new character, which is useless to the Nth degree.

Help would be appreciated.
