Exploration mode

Hey! I started playing the game a couple of days ago and I'm having a blast. I managed to get to level 23 on my latest character, and now I feel like doing the exploration mode to get some practice in, see what works and what not. So anyway, I donated and got the exploration mode.
My question is: Can I unlock stuff like races and classes while in exploration mode?

Personally I feel like Exploration mode gave me bad habits, so I use Adventure mode when I want to try stuff out, but yeah -- you ought to be able to get unlocks on Exploration mode.

I was under the impression that if you do Explorable mode, the unlocks will not be unlocked in Normal or Adventure mode. Can somebody please confirm this?

Not true, they are unlocked in all modes.
