ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Let me start by saying I am really happy with the UI customization options. I have most of the windows where I want them and at the size I like.

My issue is that the chat window, while it does have the arrows button you click on to move a UI element, does not move or resize when I click on that button. Also, the in-game message window didn't seem to have a move button at all. Can they be moved? Am I missing something? I definitely have UI unlocked, because I can move other elements.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what's happening, but apparently you've found the unlock/lock button that looks like.. surprise, surprise, a lock.

For each element you can then find the arrows with which you can move/resize them.
