How to transfer savegame?

Hi I use two computers, tabletop and laptop when I travel, is there some way to synchronize (transfer) saved games?

Haven't tried myself and don't know if it works but how about making your savegame folder a shared and synchronized folder? Most OSes support it, don't know if ToME does though. It might cause some savegame validation issues.
