Add back skill to skillbar?

As Alchemist, I think I could click my hero, and drag the skills to the skillbar.
Just started a Rogue, and accidentainly dropped a skill while trying to move it. But I can't seem to get it back, nor put any of my skills to the skillbar. This skill I refer to is Dirty Fighting.
