Is it possible to bind, for example, a sequence such as [Shift-1], [Shift-Keypad2], [Enter] to a single key?

I know there's a way to change keybindings... As for (more) complex commands like that... I don't think so. At the very least, I've never tried.

Unless you've got a keyboard with G-keys or some other way to bind keys outside of the game, I don't think you can do that.

Autohotkey to the rescue. www.autohotkey.com

Assuming you are using Windows and are comfortable with some simple scripting (comes with some examples).
You can make it trigger the macro only if the program running is "t-engine.exe"
