I seem to remember a quest called Back, Back and Back to the Future, but not Back, Back and Back Again. Unless you're referring to the There and Back Again or Back and There Again quests. Could you please be more specific?

There's no achievement called "Back, Back, and Back Again" that I know of. There are three similarly-named achievements, though:

"There and Back Again"--When you find the Sunwall, there's a building north of Aeryn. Chat to the person inside to receive a quest that will give you the achievement when you complete it.

"Back and There Again"--After completing the above quest, return to the Last Hope Elder and choose the new dialogue option. He will direct you to a building in the western area of Last Hope (look for "Tannen's Door"). Go there to get an additional quest that will yield the achievement on completion (Note that the quest branches at one point, but it doesn't matter what you choose: Either path gets you the achievement).

"Never Look Back and There Again"--Good luck with this one. You need to play a human or elven Celestial, and you need to beat the game without doing your starting quest. You can do the first dungeon, but you must leave before approaching the portal and triggering the boss. Note that Zemekkys and Aeryn will never give you their quests if you're going this route (Melnela, however, will give you hers if you're at least level 20): In order to get the location of the Prides, you will need to kill Aeryn for it.
