ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Hello everyone.
Hope this is the right forum for my question
I seem to not be able to get rid off addons if the delete from game directoy in steam they just keep coming back when I load the game.
I even reinstalled Tales of Maj'Eyal turned off evething I could hehe. So any help would be appriated

If you are using Steam, have you tried unsubscribing?

You can go into the addons menu and click on them until they're disabled.

If you subscribed to them on Steam, I believe it will redownload them for you if you forget to unsubscribe first.

In any rate, as stinkstink said, you can always just turn them off.

If I am not wrong, you are loading a save game.
Once a character/game is started with addons, they can't be removed. (I may be wrong)
But that's my experience.

How I "remove" them is to set the addons to DISABLED in the addons menu.
And start a new character.
