Why is my character stuck at level 21

My dwarven berserker is stuck at Lv. 21. Experience is at 100% and not increasing when I kill monsters. What's going on?

Sometimes it says 100% but it's really more like 99.5% or something like that. You probably need to kill a few more enemies but my assumption is that you haven't been stuck very long…
How long has it been stuck?

Regular monsters earn very little experience, so you good be at close enough to 100% for it to say that without actually leveling up for a while. Try killing a dungeon boss. They are worth enough experience that it should tip it over.
