here my stupid question: I won with a shalore Anorithil http://te4.org/characters/23130/tome/96 ... 4d607e029c , but the connection was down at the moment I won and it does not show up in my records on the site (but appears in my high scorers)... is it possible to have the stats updated on the website?

Load your winner game and walk around for a while until you see the report about the other players getting achievements, dying etc...

Now you can exit to the main menu , it should have updated your character on the website.

I sacrified the character to close the portal...

You should contact darkgod then, i remember someone having the same problem with the sacrifice ending.
