Killdozer: Steam Tank Artillery

I was fooling around with TK slot bows (for Block/Counterstrike -> Headshot) when I stumbled across this monstrosity:
The originating insight is that you can use Archery talents with a TK slot bow, so I was trying to figure out what to do with the hand-slots. For example, Shield Defense / Repulsion is a lot more attractive when you don't particularly want to be in melee.
From there: "Why not two shields?" -> "Steam-saws are kinda shields..."
Turns out the steam-saw talents and Tinker attachments have a bunch of ways to hurl people away, too, from Saw Wheels (excellent mobility+push for an artillery platform) to Thunderclap Coating.
Also, Grinding Shield is effectively free when you're not spending steam to attack. Very nice to not get one-shotted walking around corners.
Plus, the aforementioned Block/Counterstrike -> Headshot.
Here's a bare-bones starting gear snapshot:
Where do I go from here?
Cunning/Scoundrel for bleed synergy, maybe? I'm building Cunning for Tinkers and Finer Energy anyway.
Help.
