Hi.

Does anyone know what stats matter for the attacks of normal weapons in the psionic slot ? For example, does attack speed make it attack more ?
Also, do any types of stats on the psionic slot weapon also affect your normal weapon slot and offhand slot ?
Does mastery skills affect the psionic slot if its a sword/axe/mace ? Ie weaponmaster for two-handed swords. Would it make more sense to tri-wield daggers and max dagger mastery ?

1. pretty sure attack speed has no effect
2. all other effects work, such as resists, resist penetration, stat bonuses, on hit, etc
3. yes, mastery skills affect the psionic slot weapon, but there is no good reason to boost dexterity on a mindslayer, so triwielding daggers is less than optimal. the most powerful melee builds are the ones that get the Slasul prodigy and the two artifact tridents, because the damage output is absolutely immense.

How about dual mindstars and a nice two-handed weapon in the focus slot?

Do you mean all other effects work on psionic slotted weapons and also affect the other weapon slots, or just that they work for the psionic slotted weapon ?

Basically, it's like you have three weapon slots. Anything that's "while wielded" applies to your other weapons as well, just as it would if it were on any other equipment slot.
