The dreams seem to functioning correctly this version.
Not nicely, but at least correctly.

Does the Alchemist Yeek still have an easy time (Assuming the Yeek survives long enough) with the quest? Does the golem still follow you into the dreams?

Yes, still follow in 1.2.2, that's how I unlock Soli.
