ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Well, before I thought I gotta get Thick Skin and stuff, since All Resist is very good... However, now that I noticed it, seems like there is no reason to do so for Aether Premeation Archmage?

I'm Higher, so I get 25% Arcane resist from racial, I also get ~39% from Arcane Power, and it's easy to cap remaining with items. And since all my resists are equal to 66% of Arcane, they're stuck at 46% (which is 66% of 70) and the fact that I have not only 70% Arcane but also 10% All... seems wasted?

So should I not take Thick Skin? Or is it a bug, and does All Resist actually help me despite tooltip saying it doesn't?

At the moment, it doesn't help one bit. Except if your arcane resistance is less than cap, of course, but it would still be a waste of generics even then.
