[v1.7.0+] Stealth Transmo

Still playing around with GrayStillPlays' stealth/throwing-knives rogue build (sorry, Gray, but I'll take "boring but safe" over "exciting but dead" any day of the week :wink: ), and a minor annoyance I've run into is having to wait for either Stealth or Shadow Dance to come back off cooldown every time I use the transmo chest and/or Rod of Recall at the end of each zone. (Yes, I can just let stuff auto-transmo on level change, but that's also kind of cumbersome, in a different way.)

A minor annoyance, as I said, but not too hard to fix. My new Stealth Transmo addon tweaks the transmo chest and Rod of Recall — now, if there are no hostiles in sight when you use them, they don't break stealth. I figure that's a minor enough change to not draw outrage (though maybe too much of a change to include in ZOmnibus or ZOmnibus Lite), and since both of these are usually used at the end of the level when there are no hostiles around anyway, it's really all I needed.

This also happens for the orb of many ways. It's normally not an issue, but for the final fight it is a bit annoying. You can just go through the portal unstealthed and reactivate it since it's instant, but it would be cool if this addon worked for that too.

Makes sense, and easy enough to add. That's going out as v1a.

First time playing a stealth-based character in Embers, apparently, and of course I immediately tripped over the APE kicking me out of stealth just like the transmo chest used to. Quick patch to add it to our specially handled artifacts; that's going out as v1a.1. (As usual, this won't affect the APE in any currently running games in which you already have it; We Apologize for the Inconvenience.™)
