[v1.7.0+] Strapless Steam Generators

Now, this one, I concede, is purely vanity on my part. 
Steam generators, if you hadn't noticed, have front straps that are drawn on top of your armor in the character doll — which frankly defeats the whole point of wearing a bikini in the first place. 
Hence my new Strapless Steam Generators addon. We hook into the Mirrof of Reflection chat, adding a new option to hide or unhide your steam generators' front straps (if you have any steam generators attached, of course; otherwise we don't add the option).
[And this one, I think, is a shoo-in for potential inclusion in a future release of ZOmnibus and ZOmnibus Lite.]
