[v1.6.0-1.6.7] Golem Can Pass

So every Alchemist's least favorite change in 1.6.0 was that golems no longer push past non-hostile NPCs. No one could ever figure out why it was changed, and there was nothing in the release notes. Well, turns out that's because it's a bug. Until the bug can be fixed in a future version, I'm releasing a Golem Can Pass addon to patch over it. We Apologize for the Convenience.™
