[v1.6.6+] Schematic Recycling

…why? I mean, what else are you going to do with them? (I've been selling them back to the schematic store in Last Hope just to get them out of my inventory, but that's kind of a hassle.) And they were a good source of herb ingredients for tinkers, too.1.6.6 release notes wrote:

Well, some source diving reveals that it was a one-line change, and thus trivially easy to subvert
