ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Moves fatigue values from light boots to gauntlets. It's always bothered me that light boots have fatigue, despite being the lightest option for feet, and that gauntlets don't have fatigue, despite requiring heavy armour training, so this is my solution.

I don't expect this addon to break any other addons, but other addons might break this one.

I wonder if the reason gauntlets don't have fatigue is because weapons don't, and they're weapons for brawlers.

That still doesn't justify light boots having it, though.

I wondered about that also, but since gauntlets require heavy armour training while other weapons don't, giving them fatigue seemed consistent.

Oh ahah yeah, will be fixed in 1.6 thanks
