Nekarcos's Quality of Life 06: Turn Delay

This add-on puts a delay between individual actions, allowing for better visibility and readability of "cluttered" combat situations. Try it for yourself!

Seems to work properly and as intended :) Tried it with an oozemancer and indeed I started getting the prompts for failed equilibrium skills.

Notice!

My tester discovered that you can't actually set the "delay for character rank" setting to 2.5-- The input box does not allow decimal places! I'll be patching this later simply by multiplying the value by 10 (meaning you will input "25" for rank 2.5 enemies).

Also-- I am aware of a bug which allows your character to take an extra turn after death if it is caused by status effects or damaging tiles. I suppose this is my fault, so feel free to abuse this (or DON'T) until I manage to patch this out.
