Grueling Campaign (Idea)

I've had this idea in my head for a while, but I'm not sure exactly what to call it, so forgive me, hehe.
Anyway, I LOVE fighting Rares, Uniques, Elites, Bosses.. I take a lot of time with fighting them, and I absolutely love them. Even when I die. But I've ALWAYS wanted to dial their numbers up a bit. I'm seeking an addon that lets the player decide how high a percentage of spawn is for them, and the quantity wished.
On top of that, I feel that monsters shouldn't always fight the player. The player shouldn't be a troll's only problem. Territorial disputes, ambushes from other monsters...that would be absolutely wicked to see. With this, could be a integrated "faction" system. If you find a dispute between, say, bears and unicorns, and you take out the bears but leave the 'unis alive, that race could have a chance of siding with you in a dungeon or flat-out ignoring you until you decide to attack them.
Also, it would be wicked to see adventuring parties within dungeons, having a campfire or such. Some might attack you on sight, some might decide to make deals with you, or offer assistance further down the dungeon for a price, or even ask your help to escape if they've had a failed attempt in the dungeon. It's just odd to see wanna be "adventurer parties" only out in the overworld, but all the dungeons seem to only belong to you.
All as one addon. Now that I think about it, "Grueling Campaign" sounds a bit more fitting. What do you think? Is anyone up for this? I can't wrap my head around the creation of addons for now...
